Creating More Blastocysts- An 8 Week Program To Creating More Healthy Embryos

$450.00 USD

Your embryos stopped growing. Your clinic said it was egg quality, or bad luck, or age. This program looks at what else.

Creating More Blastocysts is an 8-week virtual program led by Independent Embryologist Lindsay Chu, MS, for IVF patients and their partners who want to understand why their embryos aren't reaching blastocyst and what can be changed before the next retrieval. Your clinic focuses on stimulation, retrieval, and transfer. We investigate the what else: the egg, sperm, metabolic, nutritional, and environmental factors that may be affecting your results.

Starts October 19, 2026. Limited to 50 participants.

Who this program is for

  • You've had embryos arrest before day 5, 6, or 7 or fewer blastocysts than expected
  • You've had low fertilization, many immature eggs, or mostly day 6 and 7 blasts
  • You were told your results are "unexplained" or "just egg quality"
  • You're preparing for another retrieval and want a plan for both partners, not another supplement list

What you'll learn:

In 8 weeks, you'll know what happened in your cycles, what may be driving it, and what you're both doing differently next time.

Where your embryos are being lost.
Read your cycle data like an embryologist and pinpoint the step where your numbers drop, so you know what's actually worth fixing.

What your results really mean.
Why a mature-looking egg can still stop dividing, and why "egg quality" is a question to investigate, not a verdict.

A plan for your partner, too.
Why a normal semen analysis can miss what matters, and what he can change in the months before retrieval.

The right tests, not every test.
Which tests fit your pattern and history, and how to read results without chasing numbers that won't change your next cycle.

A supplement routine that makes sense.
How to judge any supplement or add-on by what it's actually been shown to improve, and cut both routines down to what targets your bottleneck.

Nutrition built for your cells.
How nutrients shape energy and DNA repair in eggs, sperm, and embryos, and where nutrigenomics helps versus where it's overhyped.

Confidence at your clinic.
The questions about trigger timing, fertilization, culture, and freezing that shape how many embryos you get, and that most patients never think to ask.

A written pre-retrieval plan for both of you.
Your bottleneck, test results, changes, supplement list, and timeline to retrieval, built around your data.

Freedom from the blame.
Stress or one glass of wine didn't cause your embryos to arrest. You'll know what you can influence and what was never yours to carry.

What's included

  • 8 live group calls with Lindsay, one each week. Every call is recorded, so you never miss anything.
  • Your personal embryology review. Upload your IVF records to our HIPAA-compliant system. Lindsay reviews your cycles, patterns, and clues and writes your embryology report, the same in-depth review as an embryology consult, without the call.
  • Group messaging for the full 8 weeks, with questions answered and feedback from Lindsay directly.
  • The Creating More Blastocysts workbook, delivered digitally to print at home. A print edition is also available on Amazon starting October 5.
  • A written pre-retrieval plan for you and your partner, plus the questions to bring to your clinic.

Optional testing (ordered separately)

As a participant, you can order OVAHaul testing that goes beyond what clinics run: GI-MAP, Organic Acids, Nutrigenomics, Environmental Factors testing, and comprehensive bloodwork. Testing is not included in the program price. The October 19 start date gives you time to order and receive results before the program begins. (You do not need to complete testing before this program. It is if you want to work alongside your results for a more personalized experience)

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace my fertility clinic?
No. This program works alongside your clinic. We don't change your protocol or prescribe medication. We help you understand your data, find what else may be contributing, and walk into your next consult with better questions.

Can this program guarantee more blastocysts?
No one can honestly guarantee that. Some factors, like egg age and random chromosome errors, can't be changed. The program focuses on finding the step where your embryos are being lost and addressing the factors that can be influenced, for both partners.

Should my partner join?
Yes. Egg and sperm biology work together, and sperm takes about 74 days to develop, so his changes need to start at the same time as yours. Week 4 is dedicated to the sperm side.

What if I can't make a live call?
Every call is recorded and available to watch afterward, and you can post questions in the group messaging anytime.

What records do I need?
Your embryo-level report from each prior cycle (egg maturity, fertilization, day-by-day development, and grades), plus recent labs, semen analyses, and a medication and supplement list for both partners. We'll show you exactly what to request from your clinic.

Is testing included?
No. GI-MAP, Organic Acids, Nutrigenomics, Environmental Factors testing, and comprehensive bloodwork are available to order separately.

Is the workbook included?
The digital workbook is included. A print edition is available on Amazon starting October 5.

I'm in the middle of a cycle or my retrieval is soon. Should I wait?
Don't delay time-sensitive care for this program. With advanced age or low reserve, moving forward often matters more than a perfect protocol. [Adjust to your policy.]

Only 50 spots are available (Only sign up 1 spot per couple), and the program begins October 19, 2026. Enroll now to secure your place and give yourself time to gather records and order testing before Week 1.
