3. After your intro call, our team sends you a link to join Practice Better, our HIPAA compliant patient portal, where you can securely upload any records or documents Lindsay has requested
4. Lindsay completes your full review and analysis
5. About one week later, you will receive your analysis call where Lindsay walks through every finding and builds your personalized protocol with you

Bloodwork is required but not included in the cost. This is so that patients have the option to run it through your doctor or insurance. If this is not possible, check out our testing page and our LYV Care partnership where we have curated panels based on testing needs.
